These folks have been so amazing since I found them a while ago. Just got my Chihuahua groomed, and have to say.... WOW. thank you 🙏😊 so very much! He looked so happy when I picked him up and super excited! This was his very first grooming experience and I can tell he didn't mind it or the groomer at all. Can't wait to book again. My Chihuahua is very skiddish sometimes with people. I trust his trusting her.

Had a great experience ordering fish for my nano tank. The staff took the time to make sure the species I wanted were appropriate for a small setup and went over compatibility and care before placing the order. When the fish arrived, they were healthy, active, and clearly well acclimated. Pickup was smooth, and the fish adjusted quickly once home. It’s nice to find a store that doesn’t just sell fish, but actually cares about proper stocking and long-term success. I’ll definitely be ordering through them again!

I absolutely love this store! All the staff that work there are very helpful and friendly. I appreciate Matt for his help with our new crested gecko! He was kind and very knowledgeable and explained so much helpful information. We appreciate all of you and will continue to shop here for our reptile babies! ❤️

I had an awesome experience at this pet store while putting together a bioactive crested gecko tank. Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made sure I understood each step, from choosing the right plants and substrate to setting up proper drainage and humidity. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave great advice to make sure the enclosure would thrive long term, not just look good on day one. Thanks to his guidance, I feel confident that my crested gecko has a healthy, naturalistic setup. Highly recommend this store and especially Matt if you’re looking to build a bioactive enclosure!

I had a great experience at this pet store while getting everything set up for my python’s tank. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I had all the right essentials, from the enclosure setup to heating and substrate. Shana, in particular, was amazing she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. It was obvious she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about the animals and customers. I left feeling confident that my python’s habitat was set up properly. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for knowledgeable, friendly help!

Not only are Shana and her team extremely knowledgeable, they’re patient, kind and always eager to help you out! Whether you’re interested in getting your first exotic pet or stopping in for your weekly feeder, they’ll have what you need. The friends we’ve adopted from here are happy, healthy and full of so much personality. The BEST pet shop in AZ!

Great pet shop that has a wide variety of different (than the usual) replies, snakes and fish. They also have feeders, and everything you’ll need along the way. The owner Shana and staff are absolutely great

Our Aussiedoodle, Falcor was in serious need of a groom. Our boy gets a bit overwhelmed by the chaos of a typical groomer, and I didn’t like him being gone all day. He’d also come home so exhausted from it all. We took him to see Melissa. We were relieved to find a quiet and separate room for grooming, where it was just him and her. Melissa was kind and professional. She did an amazing job with Falcor. The price was so reasonable, especially considering the quality of care. He loved her, and came home happy. I could tell, as he strutted around, he’s feeling so ✨dapper✨. Thank you so much! 😊
